Jaipur: Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot is likely to induct the supporters of his betenoire Sachin Pilot into the Cabinet.

Mr. Gehlot has met the party high command discussed about accommodating supporters of  Pilot into his Cabinet. Party high command has given its nod to Gehlot to reshuffle his cabinet, it was long-standing demand of the supporters of Mr. Pilot. Very soon reshuffle of the cabinet will take place, sources said.

Meeting was held at Rahul Gandhi’s residence at Delhi, during the meeting party leaders, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, Congress general secretary K.C. Venugopal and the party in charge of Rajasthan Ajay Maken were present. However, Mr. Rahul Gandhi was not present during the meeting. Mr. Gehlot was reluctant to accommodate the supporters of Pilot all these years. Now party high command has directed him to accommodate Pilot supporters to the cabinet.

Inducting Pilot supporters to the Cabinet has been considered a peace formula worked out by Ms. Gandhi Vadra.

Supporters of Mr. Pilot has raised the rebel flag against Gehlot, after the intervention of the party high command they have decided to pledge their support to the Gehlot government.

Mr Pilot was a strong contender for CM post, but party high command has persuaded by Rahul Gandhi to take the job of Ashok Gehlot as Deputy Chief Minister in the Gehlot cabinet.

Mr. Pilto is still keen to get CM post, he had med Gandhi siblings on this regard. But party high command has reluctant to change the leadership.
