Saira Banu admitted to Hinduja Hospital in Mumbai
Mumbai: Actor Saira Banu, wife of late veteran actor Dilip Kumar, was admitted to Hinduja Hospital in Khar in Mumbai three days ago. She complained of issues related to blood pressure three days ago. She has been shifted to the ICU ward.
The veteran actress turned 77 on August 23 this year. She was active in Bollywood from 1961 to 1976.
Saira Banu is the wife of legendary actor Dilip Kumar (98), who passed away on July 2021. Dilip Kumar was known to generations of films. Banu married actor Dilip Kumar on October 11, 1966. She was 22 and Kumar 44 years old at the time of marriage.
Dilip Kumar, popularly called ‘tragedy king’, was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit of Hinduja Hospital.
