Kalaburgi ( Karnataka): A woman has made serious charges against BJP MLA of Sedam constituency Rajkumar Patil Telkur that she had an affair with an MLA and they have a 14-year-old son.

She has approached advocate Jagadish for justice, she demanded that MLA should accept that he has 14 years old due to their relationship and demanded MLA to give marital status to her. 

She alleged that police have given torture to her and made sit in the Vidhana Soudha police station till late at night and lodged her in an isolated place. "MLA has ruined my life, I have requested him to give maintenance", she said and termed BJP MLA as a big fraud.

“My son has 14 years old, MLA should accept him as his son. Someone in the police station has pressurized me to approach the media in this regard. One Mr. Vijay has forced me to give writing in the police station that, Congress was behind in this issue and police have snatched my mobile”, she said.

Advocate Jagadish said that woman has alleged that she was duped by BJP MLA and they have a son due to their relationship 14 years ago. She has seeking justice for her. Police have tortured her and made her sit in the police station, he alleged.

Mr. Patil defended that he has not committed any sin and is ready to face any kind of enquiry in the matter. 

"I have not done any sin, government has free to order any type of enquiry against me. Government can take action against the guilty. I have not done any mistake, the allegation against me was baseless and with an intention to bring disrespect to my voters and my party", Mr. Telkur said. 

Mr. Telkur has given a complaint in Vidhana Soudha police station against the woman. Police have summoned her for investigation." I have given a complaint against her because she repeatedly levelling baseless allegations against me", Mr. Telkur added.
