3 dead, 4 injured in blast at firecrackers godown in Bengaluru
Bengaluru: A day after a fire accident at an apartment that claimed two lives, three people have been killed in a blast at a firecrackers godown at New Taragupete in Bengaluru on Thursday.
According to a report by a private TV channel, victims' bodies were blown into pieces on the street due to the intensity of the blast. The victim have been identified as Aslam Pasha, Manohar, and Fayaz. The deceased Manohar hails from Tamil Nadu.
Also, two people have been injured in the explosion. They have shifted to a nearby hospital. Several two-wheelers parked outside the godown have been damaged in the blast.
Police and fire tenders have reached the incident spot. The State Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) are looking into what exactly caused the blast.
