District judge killing was planned, CBI informs Jharkhand High Court
New Delhi: Forensic team engaged by the CBI informed the Jharkhand High Court that district Judge Uttam Anand killed after being hit by an auto was intentional.
After carefully analysing the CCTV footage and crime scene, forensic experts have suggested that the auto was intentionally hit the district judge who was on a morning walk.
Four separate forensic team had investigated the incident and visited the crime spot and came to the conclusion that it auto hit a district judge was intentional.
CBI said that the probe was in the final stage, CBI is now corroborating forensic reports with the results of their investigation.
Besides, forensic experts investigation, brain mapping and a narco analysis, or a lie-detector test, of two accused was conducted in Gandhinagar in Gujarat, and the reports of these tests are being studied as well.
The Jharkhand High Court had asked the CBI's Joint Director supervising the probe to appear in the HC today to provide an update. Judge Uttam Anand was killed in July 2021.
