3 more IAF aircrafts to bring Indians from Poland, Hungary & Romania
New Delhi: Three more Indian Air Force (IAF) aircraft are scheduled to visit Poland, Hungary and Romania today to bring back Indians, indluding students, from Ukraine. One C-17 Globemaster took off at 4 am earlier today for Romania under Operation Ganga.
IAF aircraft carrying tents, blankets and other humanitarian aid to take off from Hindon airbase today, IAF officials told news agency ANI.
The aircraft carrying humanitarian aid for Indian students left for Romania at 4 am on Wednesday morning.

EAM S Jaishankar said in a tweet, "Six flights have now departed for India in the last 24 hours, including the first flights from Poland. Carried back 1377 more Indian nationals from Ukraine".
Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke on phone on Tuesday with H.E. Andrzej Duda, President of Poland.
The Prime Minister warmly thanked President Duda for the assistance provided by Poland in the evacuation of Indian citizens from Ukraine, and for the special gesture of relaxing visa requirements for Indian citizens crossing over to Poland from Ukraine.
He expressed his particular appreciation for the warm reception and facilitation extended by Polish citizens to Indian nationals at this difficult time.
Union Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia is looking after evacuation missions in Romania and Moldova, Kiren Rijiju is in Slovakia, Hardeep Singh Puri in Hungary and Gen (Retd) VK Singh is in Poland to manage the evacuation of Indians stuck in Ukraine.
