Civil contractor suicide: Eshwarappa refuses to resign
Beleaguered leader Mr. Eshwarappa clarified that “he won't resign to the Cabinet mere demand of the Congress. There is no truth in the allegations against him, Congress has been making baseless allegations”, he said.
Bengaluru: ‘Tainted’ RDPR minister K.S.Eshwarappa who is facing charges of abetment to the suicide of civil contractor Santosh Patil refused to resign from the cabinet.
Beleaguered leader Mr. Eshwarappa clarified that “he won't resign to the Cabinet mere demand of the Congress. There is no truth in the allegations against him, Congress has been making baseless allegations”, he said.
Further, Eshwarappa said that he doesn’t know who is Santosh Patil, he never met Santosh Patil.
“Congress is making false allegations against me, there is no technical approval, sanctions, work order, official supervise of RDPR works, how can Santosh Patil makes such baseless allegations against me”, Mr. Eshwarappa questioned.
“In this case there is no death note found, DySP Ganapathy case is entirely different from this case, in Ganapathy case, death note was found and he blamed then Home Minister K.J. Geroge for responsible for his suicide. But in Santosh Patil case no death note found, anyone can type a message in WhatsApp and send the same”, Mr. Eshwarappa defended.
