COVID-19 UPDATE: 1,685 new cases recorded in last 24 hours
India’s recovery rate stands at 98.75 per cent. 2,499 patients have recovered in the last 24 hours and the cumulative tally of recovered patients (since the beginning of the pandemic) is now at 4,24,78,087.
New Delhi: India’s COVID-19 vaccination coverage has exceeded 182.55 Cr (1,82,55,75,126) as per provisional reports till 7 am on Friday. This has been achieved through 2,16,22,613 sessions, accrding to Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
COVID-19 vaccination for the age group 12-14 years was started on 16 March 2022. So far, more than 90 lakh (90,06,782) adolescents have been administered the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
