Family pays tribute to Naveen Gyangoudar in Haveri
Earlier today, Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai received the mortal remains of Naveen at Kempegowda International Airport here at 3.30 am.
Haveri: The family and friends paid emotional tributes to Naveen Shekharappa Gyangoudar as part of the last rites in Haveri on Monday. Post-last rites the family will donate the body to Davangere's SS Hospital.
Naveen was killed in a shelling attack in Ukraine️ on March 1st.
Earlier today, Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai received the mortal remains of Naveen at Kempegowda International Airport here at 3.30 am. The body that has arrived in a special flight via Dubai from Ukraine's Kharkiv landed at Kemepgowda International Airport at 2.45 AM on Monday morning.
Naveen Shekarappa, a 21-year-old student and resident of Haveri district studying fourth-year medical in Kharkiv, who went out to buy breakfast, was eventually killed in a Russian missile attack on a supermarket in Kharkiv city on March 1.
