I want students of West Bengal to lead: Mamata Banerjee
Kolkata: On TMC Chhatra (student) Parishad Foundation Day, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee said students are the future, and she wants them to be a new equation of politics.
Mamata Banerjee said, "Why do we say Jai Hind, Vande Mataram and Khela Hobe? We believe students are the ones who start moving forward with helpless people. They're the future. I want them to become new equation of politics".

The chief minister said the BJP is unmatchable to TMC in West Bengal. She was hinting at CBI registering 12 FIRs against TMC workers in a West Bengal post-poll violence case.
" Our priority is to work for the people. When the BJP govt in Delhi cannot compete with us in politics, they use agencies... Few people had left us, but now they have returned because they know that their home belongs here [TMC]," she said.

In the continued diatribe against BJP, Mamata Banerjee BJP is anti-people and doesn't listen to the voice of people.
" BJP is suppressing the voices of students, teachers, government employees and on social media. I want students of West Bengal to lead the path. BJP government is inhuman. This government doesn't love people and is selling the country".
Also, TMC General Secretary Abhishek Banerjee alleged that BJP thinks it can pressure us by using the Enforcement Directorate against us, but we will emerge stronger.
