Karnataka Cabinet: Who is in Bommai Cabinet?
Bengaluru: Twenty-nine MLAs will join the newly appointed Council of Ministers of the Karnataka Government led by Basavaraj Bommai. Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot will be administering the Oath of Office and Secrecy to the new Council of Ministers today at 2.15 PM.
Former chief minister’s son, BY Vijayendra, is not in the newly appointed Council of Ministers of the Karnataka Government led by Basavaraj Bommai.

Earlier, Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai told the media that the new Cabinet would not include BY Vijayendra. Also, the chief minister clarified “This time High Command has said that there’ll be no Deputy Chief Ministers”.
Govind Karajol, Laxman Savadi and Dr Aswath Narayan were deputy chief ministers in the previous government.
