15 news ministers sworn in after reshuffle in Rajasthan
Fifteen new faces of the Rajasthan Government sworn in by Governor Kalraj Mishra on Sunday a day after all ministers in the Congress-ruled Rajasthan resigned during a meeting at Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot’s residence on Saturday evening.

Four Dalit Ministers are included in the new cabinet to send out a message that the party wants representation for Dalits, backward and poor. For a long time, there was no Dalit representation in our government.

Hours before the swearing-in ceremony, Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot addressed the MLAs and workers to [acify the discontent. Gehlot said, "The contribution to the governance of those who could not be inducted in the cabinet is no less than those who have been made ministers today".
“The Cabinet’s structure could’ve been better. Those with a bad reputation have been promoted. Overall, Cabinet is not sending a good message. Women (MLAs) didn’t get 33% reservation (in the Cabinet),” Congress MLA Shafia Zubair said on the Rajasthan Cabinet reshuffle.
