CET- 2021: govt extends date to submit online application
Bengaluru: The state government has extended the last date for submitting the online application for CET-2021 till July 16.
Deputy Chief Minister Dr.C.N.Ashwatha Narayana, who also holds the higher education portfolio, stated on Friday that last date for filing application has been extended to June 16.
The students, who have not registered to appear for CET-2021, can apply online up to july 16, 2021 and pay the fees up to july 19, 2021 to become eligible to apply for CET seeking admission to various professional courses for the year 2021.
The decision has been taken to extend date on the request of many students and parents, minister told reporters.
The candidates who have claimed the special category reservation (NCC, Sports, Defense, Ex-Defense, Scouts & Guides, etc) in the CET-2021
Students who claim special category, while submitting the online application form should submit their special category certificates in person in any one of the specified centres which is convenient to them.
The details of submission centers are mentioned on the KEA Website along with the schedule, Mr. Ashwatha Narayana said
