China construct bridge across Pangong lake, enable quick movement of troops

New Delhi: The satellite image indicates that China maybe constructing a bridge across Pangong lake in eastern Ladakh.

Since 2020, more than 50,000 troops from India and China have been deployed in eastern Ladakh from the Depsang and Demchok area in the south.
In 2020, nearly 20 Indian soldiers were killed in a faceoff with Chinese soldiers at Galwan river area. China says four of their soldiers were killed, but India claimed that more than 40 casualties from the Chinese side.
