Cruise ship party case: No bail for Aryan Khan, to be in NCB custody till 7th October

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan's son, Aryan Khan, has bot been granted bail on Monday with the NCB raid on a rave party off the Mumbai coast. The court has sent the star kid  to NCB custody till 7th October.

Mumbai: Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan's son, Aryan Khan, has bot been granted bail on Monday with the NCB raid on a rave party off the Mumbai coast. The court has sent the star kid  to NCB custody till 7th October.

Aryan Khan has been accused of purchase, possession and use of banned substances, the NCB has said, in connection with the raid on a rave party off the Mumbai coast. He was also seen in a viral video on social media allegedly shot after the raids.

The agency told the court on Monday that they need the accused in custody till October 11 and question him.

"Unless we investigate the consumer how do we know who is the supplier, who is financing it?" the agency told the court, contending that an international cartel is involved in the case.

Satish Maneshinde appearing for Aryan Khan said no substance seized from his client is in contravention of NDPS ACT. If any substance is seized from any other persons (co-accused) that don't make any grounds to take my client into custody.

Eight persons -- Aryaan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, Munmun Dhamecha, Nupur Sarika, Ismeet Singh, Mohak Jaswal, Vikrant Chhoker, Gomit Chopra -- are being questioned in connection with the raid.
