Delhi girl death: FIR against Rahul Gandhi for sharing photo of victim's parents
New Delhi: A Delhi-based lawyer Vineet Jindal has filed a complaint against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for sharing his photo with the parents of the victim of sexual assault. An FIR has been registered against Rahul Gandhi.
Also, the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) has issued a notice to Twitter India to take action against an image shared by Rahul Gandhi that revealed the identity of family members of rape victim violating provisions of the POCSO Act and Juvenile Justice Care and Protection of Children Act.
Rahul Gandhi had gone to meet the victim's family after news of the minor's sexual assault, and murder broke. He told the media he would stand by the bereaved family till they get justice.

The locals are protesting in the area demanding justice for the 9-year-old girl allegedly raped and murdered. Her attackers forcibly cremated her body in Delhi. The police have detained a priest in the case along with three others, and investigations are on.
The victim is from an economically backward family lived with her parents in Purana Nangal in the Delhi Cantonment area. She had gone to the crematorium last evening to fetch drinking water from the cooler but never returned.
The police is investigating the case.
