Samsung Launches India’s Largest LED Display ‘The Wall’

Samsung has always been in the news, and mostly for disrupting the market. From introducing the first smartwatch in 1999 to today, when it announced the launch of the largest LED display in the country, Samsung has always been revolutionizing the industry.

Yes, Samsung has now launched India’s largest and most expensive LED display, and it is called ‘The Wall’.

Samsung Launches India’s Largest LED Display; Promises Ultra-Luxury Viewing Experience

Samsung’s largest LED display, The Wall has been launched and is said to have no competition and is the first of its kind. There are some that come near to this, such as the VU Technologies’ 100 inch TV set that comes for Rs. 20 lakhs and LG’s 8k LED TV set (not available in India) for about Rs. 29 lakhs. But none of these is a match for the one by Samsung.

Puneet Sethi, Vice President, Consumer Electronics Enterprise Business, Samsung India said, “With The Wall, we set out to create a product unlike anything else–matching the lifestyle and taste of those looking for the most exclusive and premium visual experiences in their personal and professional spaces.”


The Wall is said to give its viewers an ‘ultra-luxury’ viewing experience, as it comes with a Quantum Processor Flex. This is a picture quality engine that is based on machine learning, and it analyses image data that will calibrate images of low resolution according to the display.


  • 146 inches (370.8 cm) in 4K definition
  • 219 inches (556.3 cm) in 6K definition
  • 292 inch (741.7 cm) in 8K definition.

The MicroLED display will ensure a much clear display, better contrast and will give great productivity on the energy used. It will have Samsung’s AI picture enhancement, high brightness, and high contrast, and it can be used at home, corporate places and even retail environments. 

The LED will never be off and when it is not being used, it will display art from paintings, photographs etc. In a press release, Samsung has also revealed that The Wall “allows the display to blend seamlessly into its surroundings, ensuring no disruption to the desired ambience.”

The price of this grand display by Samsung will be around Rs 3.5 crore to 12 crores for 146-inch, 219-inch, and 292-inch variants.
