FIR lodged against Shahrukh Khan’s interior designer wife
On Wednesday, an FIR was filed against Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan’s wife, Gauri Khan, in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The complaint against Gauri has been filed under Indian Penal Code section 409 (criminal breach of trust) (IPC). Tulsiyani Construction and Development Limited CMD Anil Kumar Tulsiyani and its director Mahesh Tulsiyani are also given the name in the FIR.
Jaswant Shah, a Mumbai resident, put forward the complaint, alleging that he invested in a property in Tulsiyani Golf View in Lucknow’s Sushant Golf City area but did not receive ownership despite paying Rs 86 lakh. He claimed that Tulsiyani Construction and Developers Group sold him the apartment because Gauri Khan has been its endorser.
The alleged victim claimed that the apartment in Tulsiyani Golf View, Sushant Golf City, Lucknow, was offered to a different individual.
Gauri Khan is a movie producer and entrepreneur who runs her own business, Gauri Khan Designs. She is one of Bollywood’s best design professionals, having decked the homes of many celebrities such as Sidharth Malhotra, Farah Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, and Jacqueline Fernandez. Gauri also structured Alia Bhatt’s vanity van and home.
