In its reply, state BJP tweeted " Dear @DKShivakumar Avare, The Government of Karnataka under CM Shri
@BSBommai has proved to be mature in every way by maintaining law & order in the State. Will you please ensure that you and your party will not destroy peace in the State as part of your appeasement politics?"
Also, BJP citing the HC order tweeted that the hijab issue was unnecessarily dragged to the Court otherwise would have been resolved in school. The party welcomed the HC order that upheld uniform guidelines formulated by the government.
