How IDFC is harassing customers - Kumar Gaurav and Pankaj RM'S fooling customers
There are two RM's - Mr Pankaj and Mr Kumar Gaurav who are constantly harassing customers making false promises and committements about disbursements and lieing and deceiving customers. They meet customers again and again and tell customers that loan is sactioned and will be disbursed and then on the last day they TAKE A U TURN and say that the case is rejecetd. there have been many complaints about them and without assessing the profile of the customers they are rejecting the loan thus hurting the cibil of the customers. One of the customers is thunking of filing FIR after the customer is made to run around for one month. Interestingly the loan amount is only 7 lakhs and the customer is privy to recordings. After so much harassment - the customer is planning to escalate the matter with the finance ministry - as banks cannot spoil cibil of the customer without proper reason.
