How can IDFC Bank  be so careless - Fraud from Business Head - Reckless claims

In recent development IDFC Bank has harassed a customer beyond limits. The bank has been meeting the customer - even harassed the customer on Sunday and made false committment of disbursing the amount before 31st. However on the last the day - The two RM's who cant seem to handle customers properly and file proper documents have mislead the customer for one month and not disburse the money on time. Despite showing very strong documents and assets the banks has lied and lied to the customer and not honoured the loan amount which they informed the customer has been sactioned. the customer has gone through acute stress as rejection of loan hurts the cibil and further fund raising. The customer is planning to escalate the matter to higher authorities and take the matter up legally. the customer has the recordings of the committments from the banks. There are many customers in India who are mentally harassed in india and chased from banks and not fullfilled the committments for trivial reasons. RBI needs to set up a regulatory body to look into the complaints of customers who are harassed from banks. 


Due to the false committment the customer did not talk to other banks/NBFC thus loosing almost a month. The customer is planning to take up the matter legally
