Chief Minister of Goa Pramod Sawant hoisted the tricolour in front of Old Secretariat in Panaji. West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee, Andhra Pradesh chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and Chhattisgarh chief minister Bhupesh Baghel also hoisted the tricolour at their respective states.
