Mumbai: Mumbai Sessions Court granted 60-day time to Narcotic Control Bureau (NCB) SIT to file a chargesheet in the Cordelia cruise drug case in which Aryan Khan and others are accused. Today, was the last day to file the chargesheet.

Special NDPS court in Mumbai today will pass its order on the application of NCB seeking more time for filing the chargesheet in the Cordelia cruise drug case in which Aryan Khan and others are accused. 

The NCB has sought an extension of 90 days for filing the chargesheet in the matter.

Bombay high court HAD granted bail to Aryan Khan IN October 2021.  The Bombay High Court has listed 14 conditions for his bail - Aryan Khan cannot leave Mumbai without informing the police and has to appear before the agency every Friday.

NCB had arrested him on October 2, after raiding the Goa bound Cruise, where Khan was invited for a rave party. There was no drug found, no consumption, no drug trafficking, he was arrested only based on Whatsapp chats with a friend two years ago.

Aryan Khan was arrested by the NCB on October 2, 2021, after the NCB raided a cruise en route to Goa from Mumbai.

Khan was charged with offences under Section 8(c), 20(b), 27, 28, 29 and 35 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. He had been remanded to NCB custody till October 4 which was extended till October 7, 2021.
