Mumbai: The Bombay High Court to resume hearing in Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan's bail case on Wednesday (tomorrow). Aryan was arrested on October 3 in connection with the Mumbai cruise drugs case.
Justice Justice Nitin Sambre was hearing the bail petition filed by Aryan Khan and three other accused. The Session Court has dismissed the bail plea on October 20 on the ground that WhatsApp chats of Aryan Khan will be indicated, "he is dealing in illicit drug activities of narcotic substances on a regular basis", so it could not be said he is not likely to commit similar offences while on bail.
"I am concerned that there is no recovery, no consumption, no past history and no medical test. Merchant had 6 gms of charas which was recovered from his shoes. Merchant is denying it. I am not concerned, except that he is my friend, I have no connection with that sizer," Mukul Rohatgi argued for Aryan Khan as reported by Bar and Bench.
Rohatgi said, "I am not concerned with all that unsavoury controversy and I have no complaints against anyone from NCB or prosecution. Here we stand and I think that it's a fit case of bail".
