Novak Djokovic blasted for 'terrible behaviour' towards ball boy at Wimbledon
Novak Djokovic's on-court behaviour at Wimbledon has not gone down well following his loss to Carlos Alcaraz.
Novak Djokovic has been slammed for his behaviour towards a ball boy at Wimbledon. Britney Spears' husband Sam Asghari has hit out at the 23-time Grand Slam singles champion while reviewing old footage of the tennis great.
Djokovic has often let his emotions get the better of him on court. It was no different during Sunday's Wimbledon final defeat to Carlos Alcaraz.
In the final set of the match, Djokovic took out his frustration by smashing his racket against the net post after being broken by his opponent. He was immediately given a code violation by the referee and has since been fined for his actions
But it was another incident that Asghari commented on via his Instagram page. Husband of pop icon Spears, Asghari, posted a video of Djokovic appearing to shout at a ball boy on his story.
He labelled it "terrible behaviour" and reckons the ball boy will end up having the last laugh. Asghari wrote: "I hate seeing things like this. A champion is only a champion when they lead by example
