Ukraine ministers held meeting with US delegation in Poland
During meeting with the US President Joe Biden, Ukraine defence minister has requested to take stern financial sanctions on Russia and also requested to supply defence equipment to Ukraine to fight against Russian troops in Ukraine
Warsaw ( Poland): Ukrainian defence ministers and internal security officials have held meeting with US President and delegation in Warsaw.
US President Joe Biden arrived to Poland on Saturday to discuss humanitarian issues of Ukraine, he also met the war refugees of Ukraine. Millions of war refugees of Ukraine has fled the country, taken shelter in Poland. US President Joe Biden also met NATO troops placed in Poland border. He has interacted with US forces during his visit to Poland.
Meanwhile, US defence officials have held meeting with Ukraine's defence minister and other officials of the Zelenskyy government.
During meeting with US officials, Ukraine ministers have explained the war's devastation in the country. They have submitted a detailed report on human casualties and instructions of its defence and civilian establishments by Russian forces in its 31-day war.
Ukraine officials have requested US delegation to extend NATO help to Ukraine and also requested to supply arms to fight against Russian forces. They have apprehended about Russian threat to use nuclear weapons against Ukraine.
