Ukraine- Russia war: NATO fighter jets spotted in Romania
Berlin has deployed almost 1,000 troops in Lithuania as part of a German-led NATO combat unit and takes part in NATO's air policing in Romania with three fighter jets so far.
Bucharest (Romania)Amid the Russian invasion of Ukraine and heading towards to seize its Capital city Kyiv, the fighter jets of Germany have spotted in Romanian airstrips did military exercise.
Since Romania is a NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization), to show reassurance and solidarity to its member state, Germany has sent three-fight jets to Romania, the border state of Ukraine.
"I have given an order to expand and extend our engagement in the air policing in Romania," Defence Minister Christine Lambrecht told reporters after briefing parliament's defence committee, adding Germany was prepared to comply with further NATO requests.

The deployment of NATO troops in Eastern Europe is sending a message to Vladimir Putin for his invasion of Ukraine.
Besides fighter jets, Germany has also sent the small vessels to Romania, meanwhile, US and UK decided to send the aircraft to Romania to protect its NATO member state from any possible threat from Russia.

However, NATO has declined to send troops to Ukraine to fight against Russia. US President Joe Biden categorically stated that NATO will not send its troops to Ukraine.
Sending troops to the NATO member state is sending a clear message to Russia that any further invasion beyond Ukraine will be responded to NATO also assured its members state that ‘we are with you during distress’.
European Union and the US have imposed multi-lateral sanctions on Russia. It has seized the bank payment network, money transfer system of Russian entities in European countries.
