Will abide by the decision of party high command: Eshwarappa
Bengaluru: Disturbed with an alleged audio message of BJP state President Nalin Kumar Kateel regarding non-inclusion of senior ministers in new Cabinet, the Rural Development minister K.S.Eshwarappa said that he will not stick to any position and will abide by any decision of party central leadership.
“I am not a person to stick to the position; being a staunch RSS worker, I believe in Nation first. If my minister post goes, my beacon car will be taken back. I will work for party”, Mr. Eshwarappa said.
Speaking to media persons here on Monday, Mr. Eshwarappa said that, “earlier I had resigned to minister post and taken the responsibility of the party. I have resigned to the chairman of the Central Silk Board and contested in the elections. Our party central leaders have decided to give a chance to youths, this is a good sign”, Mr. Eshwarappa remarked.
Regarding a question on alleged audio clippings of Mr. Nalin Kumar Kateel, Eshwarappa said that “already our President has ruled out that it was not his voice and demanded a thorough enquiry into the matter. I believe him. Some mad person has created the fake audio of our President, but I will insist for enquiry into the matter”, Mr. Eshwarappa replied.
