Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal tested Covid positive and isolated at home
New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has tested positive for Coronavirus.
“I have tested positive for Covid. Mild symptoms. Have isolated myself at home. Those who came in touch wid me in last few days, kindly isolate urself and get urself tested”, Kejriwal tweeted.
Arvind Kejriwal campaigning for polls ahead in Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, and Punjab. Delhi has recorded 4099 cases in the last 24 hours.
The positivity rate in Delhi is 6.48 percent. As 6,288 Covid-19 patients are in home isolation. In which Omicron cases are in more number. The Delhi Disaster Management Authority will meet today to take a call on imposing lockdown kind of measures. With a positivity rate above 5 percent for two consecutive days, thus read alert like restrictions will be imposed soon.
