4 killed after CRPF jawan open fires at colleagues in Sukma
Four jawans of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) 50 Battalion were killed and three injured in a case of fratricide after a jawan opened fire at the camp in Maraiguda Police station limits of Sukma, Chattisgarh, on Monday.

Treatment of the jawans, injured in the incident of fratricide is underway at Area Hospital Bhadrachalem, according to news agency ANI.
CRPF has ordered an inquiry into an incident of fratricide that took place in which Const Reetesh Ranjan opened fire on his company. CRPF ordered an inquiry to ascertain the cause of the incident and suggest remedial measures.
"Two jawans died on the spot, and two died during the operation (at the hospital). The three injured jawans have been shifted to Raipur and are stable. The accused has been taken into custody in the Maraiguda Police station, will undergo a strict criminal proceeding", Sunil Sharma, SP-Sukma told news agency ANI.
