Anil Kumble launches Sudeep's birthday celebrations
Bengaluru: Former Indian cricket captain and one of the sport's biggest names launched the common display photo for Sandalwood star Sudeep's upcoming birthday on September 2. The actor will celebrate his 50th birthday in ten days.
"Happy to release my dear friend and legendary actor Shri Kichcha Sudeep's birthday common display picture. Keep inspiring," Kumble posted a message along with the picture. The cricket star, however, tagged a wrong handle. That, however, did not stop fans of the actor from responding with glee.
Sudeep himself responded, saying he was "honoured and humbled," and could not have expected a better gift. He said he was greatly surprised that Anil Kumble had launched the display picture.
Covid restrictions have prevented film stars from celebrating their birthdays in large gatherings with fans for the last two years.
