Another SP leader joins BJP in Uttar Pradesh
After high profile induction of Aparna Yadav, the wife of Akhilesh Yadav’s brother, BJP has inducted Subhash Ravi into the party.
Lucknow: To give checkmate to Samajwadi Party in Uttar Pradesh, the ruling bjp inducted SP MLA of Jalapur constituency, Subhash Rai to the party.
After high profile induction of Aparna Yadav, the wife of Akhilesh Yadav’s brother, BJP has inducted Subhash Ravi into the party.
Mr. Rai was welcomed into the party by deputy chief minister’s Keshav Prasad Maurya and Dinesh Sharma and state BJP chief, Swatantra Dev Singh.
Mr. Rai was in the BJP earlier, his induction to the party was Ghar wapsi to strengthen the party, said BJP state chief, Swantatra Dev Singh.
BJP MP and its chief spokesperson Anil Baluni said that BJP wave is visible in the state. Due to its development and nationalism approach, many leaders are interested to join the party.
Last week, Aparna Yadav has joined the bjp and citing BJP's 'double engine work' and Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision.
She also said that for the safety of women, it is necessary that a BJP government is formed in Uttar Pradesh.
"I have also been influenced with BJP's works and schemes including Swachh Bharat mission, the welfare of women, employment. I will work in my fullest capacity," she added. Elections will be held to Uttar Pradesh in seven phases starting from February 10. Results will be declared on March 10.
