Balajee media CMD calls on Lal Bahadur Shastri's grandson in Delhi
Dr Ragghavendra is inspired by the socio-political life of Lal Bahadur Shatriji portrayed through photographs, souvenirs, art objects etc.
New Delhi: Balajee Media Group (BMG) CMD Dr Ragghavendra Shivee Gowda called on late prime minister Lal Bahadur Shastri's grandson and Congress leader Shri Adarsh Shastri in New Delhi on Friday.
Dr Ragghavendra, today, visited Lal Bahadur Shastri biographical museum, Lal Bhadur Shastri Memorial at 1, Motilal Nehru Place (formerly 10, Janpath). Dr Ragghavendra took a round of the memorial, along with his colleagues, showcasing the late prime minister's belongings reflecting his very traditional and humble lifestyle.
Dr Ragghavendra is inspired by the socio-political life of Lal Bahadur Shastriji portrayed through photographs, souvenirs, art objects etc. Lal Bahadur Shastri (2 October 1904 – 11 January 1966) was an Indian statesman who served as the second Prime Minister of India.
During his visit to the memorial, Dr Ragghavendra interacted with Adarsh Shastri, son of former union minister Anil Shastri. Adarsh Shastri gave up his corporate career with Apple Inc to contest the General elections of 2014 from Allahabad on an Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) ticket. He lost that election but was elected in 2015 as a member of the Delhi Legislative Assembly.
