Sanskrit phrase 'गोमय वसते लक्ष्मी' is visibly etched on the briefcase. This phrase has repeatedly been used in Upanishad. The literal translation of the phrase is Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth, who live in cow dung.
The budget session of the Chhattisgarh Assembly began on Monday and the state's budget for 2022-23 was tabled in the House on Wednesday.
