BSY will complete full term- B.Y. Vijayendra
Mysuru: To put an end to the speculation on leadership change in the state, bjp vice-president B.Y. Vijayendra categorically said that Chief Minister B.S.Yediyurappa will complete the remaining two years term at the office.
“Leadership change issue was a closed chapter, B.S.Yediyurappa will be CM for remaining two years”, Mr. Vijayendra told reporters here on Wednesday.
Party central leadership has already stated that there will be no leadership change in the state. If anyone had visited Delhi, it was for their personal affairs. It is improper to give political color for their Delhi visits, Mr. Vijayendra remarked for recent Delhi visits of disgruntled party MLAs to put pressure for leadership change in the state.
“Regarding my contest in the Assembly elections, it would decide only after two years. Party central leadership will decide whether I have to contest or not, and the party will decide about the Assembly constituency” Mr. Vijayendra replied to a question on his contest in Assembly polls.

Instead of joining hands with the government during the Covid crisis, congress leaders are doing politics. Karnataka is the first state in the Country to give rupees one lakh compensation to the BPP families that had lost family members for Covid, Mr. Vijayendra said.
