Gujarat man who threatened Salman Khan turns out to be mentally ill; issued notice
VADODARA/MUMBAI: (Apr 15) A man who allegedly issued a death threat to actor Salman Khan has been traced to a village in Gujarat's Vadodara district and found to be mentally unstable, police said on Tuesday.
The Mumbai police on Monday apprehended the 26-year-old man, Mayank Pandya, and issued a notice to him, asking him to appear before them whenever required, they said.
The accused, resident of a village in Waghodia taluka of Vadodara, has not been arrested, the police said.
