COVID-19 UPDATE: 46,759 new cases in last 24 hours
New Delhi: India reported 46,759 new COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours, according to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare's bulletin.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi lauded the record vaccination numbers on Friday and said crossing one crore is a momentous feat. India administered more than 1 Crore COVID-19 vaccine doses yesterday. With the administration of 1,03,35,290 vaccine doses in the last 24 hours,

- Active cases account for 1.10 per cent of total cases
- India's Active caseload stands at 3,59,775
- Recovery Rate currently at 97.56 per cent
- 31,374 recoveries in the last 24 hours increase Total Recoveries to 3,18,52,802
- Weekly Positivity Rate (2.19 per cent) less than 3 per cent for last 64 days
- Daily positivity rate (2.66 per cent ) less than 3 per cent for last 33 days
- 51.68 cr Total Tests conducted so far
