Its  a case of acute harassment. IDFC Bank has been promising a loan amount to customer committing to disbursement and then on disbursement day taking a U Turn. Kumar Gaurav one of the sales person got the customer on a conference call with the business head and assured the customer that the Rs 7 lakh loan amount will get disbursed. In fact he said that the bank will make sure that even on mohram day the amount will be credited as the customer is UHNI and very esteemed customer of the bank. The customer is made to run around on Sunday to the office premises and then on disbursement day informed that business head had rejected the loan amount. the customer is very shocked as the customer clarified that the CIBIL which is 755 should not be hit unnecessarily and the bank employees kept assuring that the loan is easily going to get disbursed as it is mortgaged loan. interestingly the customer received another small loan amount from another bank on the same cibil score. 

This excuse of the bank has thrown the customer a shock and its an awareness how the banking fraud is increasing and sales people to complete the sales target are harassing customers on false claims that loan is sactioned and disbursal is awaiting.


The customer is planning to escalate the matter as the customer has presented the net worth certificate , a high cibil score and still the amount is not disbursed.
