If parents have two doses of the vaccine, then only their kids are allowed to attend offline classes. Restriction to the attendance to Cinema halls, malls. Both should run with 50% capacity attendance. Two doses of vaccine are compulsory for people to attend public functions and attend malls, theatres.

Bengaluru: Two doses of vaccine are compulsory for the people to send their kids to offline classes following two Omicron cases found in Bengaluru. 

Two doses of vaccine are compulsory for the people who attend public functions, going to theatres and malls in Bengaluru. 

Only 500 people will be allowed for marriages and other public functions. Compulsory RTPCR testing at airports. 

After meeting with the Covid technical management committee, the Chief Minister has decided to impose strict rules on Bengaluru.Government mulling to impose restrictions to Malls, Cinema theaters, marriages, functions, rituals and other functions. It has also decided to postpone the public gatherings including rallies. 

Experts have suggested cluster wise seal down of areas where primary and secondary contact persons have stayed. The government has ruled out the closure of malls and cinema halls. However to restrict gatherings at public places like malls, hotels and cinema theatres, restrictions will be imposed, said senior officials in the government.

Speaking to reporters after the meeting, Revenue minister R.Ashok said, two cases were found in the Country ( Karnataka). No study report was received in this regard. This virus is not much serious in nature, it has mild symptoms in patients. 

In two cases, the technical committee has advised on Omicron cases. Passengers at domestic and international airports are strictly monitored. 

Cinema halls, Malls, parents should have compulsory vaccines. Parents should two doses of vaccine, then only children are allowed to go to school. Restrictions on marriage and social gathering. The Covid test will be increased to one lakh per day. 

Health and Family Welfare department, ICU, Covid bed and Covid care centres will be restarted.
