Bengaluru: Veteran actor 'Crazy star' Ravichandran's mother, Pattamal Veeraswamy, passed away in a private hospital on Monday in Bengaluru. She was suffering from age-related illness. She was 83.
Pattamal Veeraswamy's husband N Veeraswamy was a famous producer in the Kannada film industry. In 1962, 1962, Veeraswamy started his film production company Eshwari Pictures. His son Ravichandran continues to take Eshwari Productions to greater heights.
He has produced many popular films Nagarahavu, Bhootayyanna Maga, Gopi Krishna, Halli Meshtru, Ramachari, Kindara Jogi, Nannu Nanna Hendthi, Savi Sullu, Chakravyuha and many others.
Veeraswamy and Pattamal have five children including Ravichandran.
