Russia bombs experimental nuclear reactor in Kharkiv
Netblocks, the Observatory site that racks network disruptions and shutdowns, confirmed the attack on The Kharkiv Institute of Physics and Technology.
Kyiv: The State Inspectorate for Nuclear Regulation of Ukraine announced that the facility was struck, damaging the exterior and possibly numerous labs throughout the building.
According to reports, however, facing heavy losses, the Russian troops appear to have slowed down inside Ukraine, especially towards Kyiv, as the invasion marks its 16th day today.
