Chennai: Vijay’s 'Beast' made a name in the minds of the public with the Arabic Kuthu song, and the song became so popular that the Beast team actually should not worry about the promotion of the movie because everyone who uses the internet came to know that it was Vijay’s upcoming movie through that chartbuster.

There was curiosity among the movie lovers who watched the Arabic Kuthu song about the movie. Though the name of the movie suggested that it would be an action-packed movie, they did not know the plot of the movie.

With the release of the trailer, Beast tells the audience that it is a hijack thriller. The movie trailer shows that the movie is full of high-octane fights.

The plot centres around terrorists taking over a mall in Chennai, and Vijay, who plays a spy named Veeraraghavan, taking on the enemy in what promises to be a high-octane action thriller.

The movie, directed by Nelson and produced by Sun Pictures, is all set to hit the silver screens on April 13. The music was scored by Anirudh Ravichander, and Jolly O Gymkhana, along with Arabic Kuthu, became famous. The song in the trailer's background, with the action sequence "meaner, leaner, stronger, can you feel the power, terror, fire," is gaining popularity.

The film stars Pooja Hegde, Shine Chacko, Yogi Babu, Aparna Das, and Selvaraghavan also feature in this film.

Since its release, the trailer has been viewed more than 2 crore times.
