Totapuri ripening at the right time
Dubbing for the Jaggesh-Dhananjaya starrer Totapuri has been completed by the two Sandalwood stars. The film directed by Vijay Prasad of Neer Dose and Sidlingu fame will be arriving in two parts, the film team has announced recently.
Vijay Prasad and Jaggesh have teamed up again after their hugely successful Neer Dose. Known for comedy films with underlying social themes, this new film by the director is one of the most expected films from the Kannada film industry.
The director, known to pack his films with believable characters, has roped in no less than 80 actors for Totapuri. The ensemble cast includes Dattanna, Suman Ranganath, Aditi Prabhudeva, Veena Sundar and Hema Dutt. The shooting for the film was wrapped up a few weeks earlier. Outdoor locations in Mysuru, Coorg, Bengaluru and Kerala are said to be one of the highlights of the film.
The film is backed by producer K.A.Suresh who has produced hit films like Govindaya Namaha, Eradane Maduve and Shivalinga. The first look of the film is expected shortly.
