"We are not bombing Ukrainian cities", Putin
" Russia is open to dialogue with the Ukrainian side, as well as with everyone who wants peace in Ukraine. But under the condition that all Russian demands are met", the reports said.
Moscow: With the war in Ukraine only getting escalated and Russia continues in bombardment unabated amid reports of former dropping bombs over rehabilitated cities, Russian President Vladimir Putin has denied the reports.
Putin said that their forces are bombing the cities and they are not targeting civilian areas. According to reports, Putin called up German Chancellor Olaf Scholz over the phone about the present war situation where he denied the allegations of Russian forces targeting Ukrainian cities.
He termed such reports as false and misleading. He further added that the propaganda has been launched to give wrong information about the bombing.
Putin, who claims that his government is ready to talk to Ukraine, however made it clear that the talks are possible only when Ukraine meets the demands of Russia.
" Russia is open to dialogue with the Ukrainian side, as well as with everyone who wants peace in Ukraine. But under the condition that all Russian demands are met", the reports said.
The international news media have also confirmed the readiness of Putin to hold talks but on several conditions.
Mentioning a few conditions, the reports said that Russia wants Ukraine to be neutral and non-nuclear status.
Russia also wants "denazification", recognition of Crimea as part of Russia, and of the "sovereignty" of separatist territories in eastern Ukraine.
Some reports suggest that something positive will emerge during the third round of talks between the two nations.
The next meeting is scheduled to be held either on Saturday or Sunday to end the war by reaching some negotiations
