New Delhi: As political observers opinioned, the five States Elections results would impact on National politics with regard to finding an alternative to the BJP in 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

Observers stated that the resounding victory of AAP in Punjab opens new possibilities for the emergence of a national alternative to the BJP. AAP cannot reach the nearer to BJP, comparing later’s elections resources, its strong cadres support, and elections management.

With Congress, dismal performance in the five state elections has reached a new low and its revival chances are very bleak, many political observers stated that AAP could be a natural alternative to the BJP in future.

Spectacular victory in Punjab and coming to power in a full-pledged state for the first time within a decade after the forming of the party, AAP would be the natural alternative to the BJP in near future, says political observers.

AAP founder and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal termed the Punjab victory is a revolution. After Party’s landslide victory, Mr. Kejriwal said that “First this revolution happened in Delhi, then in Punjab and it will now happen all over the country”. There is lot of reading in his statement. Mr. Kejriwal sent enough signal to the saffron party that his party is only an alternative to BJP at the National level in 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

Following Punja’s win, AAP will have two chief ministers. Even Congress is also two chief ministers in the country.

The dismal performance of Congress has paved the way for AAP to emerge as a strong alternative to the BJP. At present, there is no opposition to counter strong BJP.

Many political observers stated that Arvind Kejriwal’s pro-people governance and the corruption-free government have made him the best alternative for the BJP. AAP’s next target is Gujarat, the state will go for elections later this year.

However few political pundits go one step beyond that it will be Kejriwal vs Yogi Adityanath in 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

The slow and steady growth of AAP given fruits in Punjab elections. It has also bagged two seats in Goa and increased its voting share by 6 percent.

Five state elections results also proved that voters will be ready to accept the best model of administration of any political party offers to people. AAP has promised Delhi model of administration in Punjab and its promise was well accepted by the voters in Punjab.
