New Delhi: Members of Bharatiya Janata Party Yuva Morcha dismantled barricades outside Delhi CM and AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal's house during a protest over the latter’s recent remarks in the Assembly on ‘The Kashmir Files’ movie.

AAP leaders condemned the BJP workers' conduct in strong terms.  AAP said the attack on the CM's residence act of BJP's desperation after the saffron party lost in Punjab.

BJP MP & Yuva Morcha president Tejasvi Surya said "We held protests against the way Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal mocked and made fun of the massacre of Kashmiri Pandits (in Vidhan Sabha). We demand an unconditional apology from him and until he issues an apology our protests will continue".

AAP leader Raghav Chadha said "BJP attacked the house of a democratically elected CM today, this attack isn't on just Kejriwal, it's on the people of this country who want sincere governance. AAP will answer back with its public service and patriotism".

Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia alleged the involvement of Delhi Police in the ruckus by BJP workers.  Sisodia further said that BJP is trying to kill Kejriwal.

"Due to AAP's victory and BJP's defeat in Punjab, BJP wants to murder Arvind Kejriwal. BJP goons were deliberately taken by the police to the residence of CM Kejriwal. They broke the CCTV cameras and barriers in front of the CM's residence"

"Just because BJP cannot defeat Kejriwal, they are trying to kill him. Today's incident was a pre-orchestrated plan of the BJP to murder the CM", added  Sisodia.

The CCTV footage of the attack has been shared on AAP's Twitter account. In the video, the security personnel could not stop the mob from dismantling barricades.
