As the much-awaited movie Kotigobba-3 movie failed to hit the screen across the state, agitated fans of Sandalwood superstar Kichcha Sudeep created ruckus outside cinema halls on Thursday.
Bengaluru: As the much-awaited movie Kotigobba-3 movie failed to hit the screen across the state, agitated fans of Sandalwood superstar Kichcha Sudeep created ruckus outside cinema halls on Thursday.
Fans and supporters have gathered outside cinema halls in Bengaluru and other district centres but disappointed over the postponement of the release of the movie.
Meanwhile, the producer of the movie Surapppa Babu apologised to fans for the delay. The movie was set to release on Dasara to fire up the festive mood. The producer alleged conspiracy by some vested interests, however, assured fans that the movie will be released on October 15.
Also, Sudeep apologised for the delay in the release of his movie. In a personal note to his fans, the actor said the theatres are not at fault for the delay. "It is my duty to inform all those at the theatres already that there is a delay in shows due to certain issues. I personally apologise for this negligence," the actor tweeted.
The film features Sudeep, Madonna Sebastian, marking the debut in Kannada cinema, with Shraddha Das, Aftab Shivdasani, and P. Ravi Shankar in prominent roles

Meanwhile, 'Duniya' Vijay's action flick 'Salaga' has hit the screens today. The other supporting cast of the film are BV Bhaskar, Nagabhushan, Achyuth Kumar and Rangayana Raghu.Also, this is Duniya Vijay's directorial debut.
