Poster Row: Vasundhara Raje says,"want people to remember her works"
Amid the fight over BJP posters not carrying party leader Vasundhara Raje's image, the former Rajasthan Chief Minister said she wants to be there in the hearts of people instead of get involved in poster politics.
Speaking to the media persons after visiting flood-affected areas in her constituency Jhalawar on Wednesday, she said, "I want to be in the hearts of the people, rather than in posters.
"I want people to remember my works. I am not bothered about posters; it will not achieve anything. I want people to appreciate my works; their love and affection are important for me".
Ms Raje recalled that during her first visit to Jaipur after she became the minister, there were large cutouts and posters of her in the city, she asked party workers to remove all posters. "I want people to remember me. I have earned their love and affection. in last 30 years," said farmer CM of Rajasthan.
